My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and Blair was valuable in helping us secure the lending to purchase our first home. Here are some of the things that stood out in our work with Blair: Speed: In a house buying process, completing all the tasks in relation to underwriting the loan usually takes the most time. Once we got under contract on a house, I indicated to Blair that we would like to close as quickly as possible. Her team worked with us and all the underwriting for the loan was completed in less than two weeks! This is impressive as this process normally takes about a month.
